欢迎您成为 Riiffy 的注册用户并使用我们提供的网站分析服务、短链接服务及其他相关功能。 《Riiffy 注册用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）是您与 Riiffy（以下简称“本网站”或“我们”）之间就您注册、登录及使用 Riiffy 服务所达成的协议。

在注册或使用 Riiffy 服务前，请您务必认真阅读并充分理解本协议的全部内容，特别是其中涉及 免责或责任限制条款、个人信息处理条款、未成年人条款等，这些内容可能以加粗方式提示您重点阅读。

当您点击“同意”并注册账号，即表示您已理解并接受本协议的全部内容。如您不同意本协议，请立即停止注册或使用 Riiffy 服务。

第一条 注册用户授权

1.1 为向您提供相关服务，您授权 Riiffy 收集、存储及使用您的个人信息，包括但不限于手机号、邮箱、访问记录等。

1.2 注册用户承诺：

• 1.2.1 保证提供的注册信息真实、完整、有效。
• 1.2.2 如因提供虚假或过期信息导致无法使用服务，Riiffy 有权暂停或终止服务。
• 1.2.3 如账号因您个人原因丢失，您需按照 Riiffy 的流程提供验证资料以找回账号。
• 1.2.4 您应同时遵守 Riiffy 不时公示的服务规则，若拒绝接受更新内容，Riiffy 有权停止服务。

1.3 您需自行准备与服务有关的终端设备及网络服务并承担相应费用。

1.4 您可随时申请注销账户，Riiffy 将根据法律规定删除您的个人信息，并终止服务。

第二条 服务内容及方式

2.1 Riiffy 为您提供以下服务：

• 2.1.1 网站统计服务：通过 SDK 收集访客行为数据，实时统计与分析。
• 2.1.2 短链接服务：将长链接转换为短链接，并提供访问分析数据。

2.2 Riiffy 可通过网站、邮件、短信及其他方式向您提供服务通知。

2.3 本协议授予您非独占、不可转让、非商业性的使用权。

2.4 为提升服务质量，Riiffy 可能对服务进行升级、优化、调整，并通过公告等方式通知您。

第三条 个人信息保护

3.1 Riiffy 将依据《隐私政策》收集与处理您的个人信息。

3.2 Riiffy 将采取合理的管理措施保护您的信息安全，防止泄露、丢失、攻击。

3.3 我们采取加密、访问控制等技术手段保护您的数据。

3.4 未成年人使用 Riiffy 服务需获得监护人同意。

3.5 在以下情况下，我们可能共享您的个人信息：

• 经您授权；
• 法律法规要求；
• 涉及国家安全；
• 为保护 Riiffy 或他人合法权益；
• 欺诈调查、安全审查；
• 从合法公开渠道获取的信息；
• 合同履行所必需。

3.6 如发生主体变更（如合并、收购等），您的信息将一并转移给新的运营主体。

3.7 Riiffy 不会收集您的银行账户、支付密码等敏感资产数据。

3.8 第三方平台服务遵循其自身隐私政策，Riiffy 不对第三方行为承担责任。

3.9 您可申请注销账户，注销后数据不可恢复。

第四条 用户的权利义务

4.1 您有权使用 Riiffy 提供的所有服务并提出改进建议。

4.2 您需遵守中国法律法规，不得利用 Riiffy 从事任何违法行为。

4.3 禁止以下行为：

• 侵犯知识产权、隐私等；
• 冒用身份；
• 传播病毒或恶意程序；
• 干扰平台正常运行；
• 进行网络攻击或渗透测试；
• 进行违法数据采集、爬取行为；
• 其他影响网络安全的不法行为。

4.4 未经许可，不得复制、传播或商业化使用 Riiffy 的内容。

4.5 因您的行为导致 Riiffy 承担法律责任的，Riiffy 有权向您追偿。

第五条 服务的变更、中断与终止

5.1 因下列原因导致服务无法使用，Riiffy 不承担责任：

• 系统维护；
• 电信或网络故障；
• 黑客攻击；
• 自然灾害等不可抗力；
• 其他非 Riiffy 所能控制的原因。

5.2 Riiffy 可根据业务需要通过公告方式调整或终止服务。

第六条 知识产权

Riiffy 提供的所有内容，包括文字、图片、图表、软件、代码等，均受法律保护。未经授权，您不得复制、分发、修改或进行商业使用。

第七条 违约责任

若您违反本协议，Riiffy 有权采取警告、限制功能、删除内容、冻结账号等措施，并保留追究责任的权利。

第八条 法律适用与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。如双方发生争议，应友好协商；协商不成的，任一方可向 Riiffy 所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

第九条 其他

Riiffy 有权根据政策与业务变化修改本协议并通过公告方式通知您。若您不同意修改后的协议，应立即停止使用服务。

本协议条款标题仅为阅读方便，不影响其法律含义。

本协议的最终解释权归 Riiffy 所有。

Welcome to Riiffy! Thank you for choosing to register and use our data analytics and short-link services. This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Riiffy (“we”, “us”, or “the Service”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using any Riiffy services. By clicking “Agree”, creating an account, or continuing to use Riiffy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop using Riiffy and do not submit any personal information.

1. Authorization of Registered Users

1.1 To provide our services, you authorize Riiffy to collect, store, and use your personal information, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, access logs, and browsing records.

1.2 You agree to the following:

• 1.2.1 Provide true, accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• 1.2.2 If false or outdated information is provided, Riiffy may suspend or terminate your access.
• 1.2.3 If you lose access to your account, you must provide valid verification information to retrieve it.
• 1.2.4 You agree to follow Riiffy’s additional rules, policies, and updates as announced.

1.3 You are responsible for preparing the device and internet connection required to use our services.

1.4 You may request account deletion at any time; Riiffy will delete your personal information according to legal requirements.

2. Service Scope and Method

2.1 Riiffy provides the following services:

• 2.1.1 Website analytics: Using SDKs to collect visitor behavior and generate analytic reports.
• 2.1.2 Short-link service: Converting long URLs into short links with analytic capabilities.

2.2 Service notifications may be delivered through email, website, SMS, or other communication channels.

2.3 Riiffy grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use our services.

2.4 Riiffy may update or improve the service at any time and notify you via system messages or announcements.

3. Protection of Personal Information

3.1 Riiffy handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.2 We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information from theft, leakage, and unauthorized access.

3.3 We use encryption, anonymization, and security audits to ensure data safety.

3.4 Minors (under 18) must obtain guardian consent before using Riiffy.

3.5 We may share your data under the following situations:

• Your explicit authorization;
• Legal or regulatory requirements;
• National security or public safety needs;
• Fraud prevention or security investigations;
• Publicly disclosed information sources;
• Contract fulfilment as required;
• Academic research under anonymization.

3.6 In business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions, your data may be transferred to the new operator.

3.7 Riiffy will never collect your bank account passwords, payment credentials or other highly sensitive financial data.

3.8 Third-party services linked through Riiffy are governed by their own privacy policies.

3.9 You may request account deletion; deleted data cannot be restored.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1 You may use Riiffy’s services and provide suggestions.

4.2 You agree not to use Riiffy for illegal activities and must follow all applicable laws.

4.3 You agree not to engage in the following:

• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, or commercial rights;
• Identity fraud or impersonation;
• Spreading malware or malicious code;
• Interfering with normal platform operations;
• Attempting unauthorized network access, scanning, or attacks;
• Data scraping or acquiring data without permission;
• Other actions that threaten cybersecurity.

4.4 Without permission, you may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Riiffy content.

4.5 If your actions cause Riiffy to face claims or penalties, Riiffy may seek compensation from you.

5. Service Modification, Suspension, or Termination

Riiffy is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

• System maintenance;
• Network or telecom failure;
• Cyber attacks;
• Force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, war, etc.);
• Other issues beyond Riiffy’s control.

Riiffy may modify or terminate the service and will notify users through announcements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, images, charts, code, and data generated by Riiffy, is protected by law. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute or use such content commercially.

7. Breach of Agreement

If you violate this Agreement, Riiffy may take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, or content deletion. Riiffy may also report illegal behavior to authorities.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit in the court located in Riiffy’s business region.

9. Other Provisions

Riiffy may update this Agreement and notify you through announcements. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please stop using the service.
